Etsu Ocean is a limited edition distilled with water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean.

This Japanese gin has undergone a maceration process with botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange zest, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin.

Produced in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Gran Reserva is a Cuban-style premium. Aged in a solera system, it remained in barrels for about fifteen years. Sweet and spicy at the same time, it is marked by notes of zest of oranges, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Little sweet compared to many other current rums, it remains light and easy to drink.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

Génésis Blanc is aged in large stainless steel vats stainless steel vats before being decanted at its natural natural degree. It has a powerful nose, with saline saline and peppery notes. On the palate, this complexity, combining the acidity of lemon juice acidity of lemon juice, the bitterness of lime zest and the charm of a fresh raspberry.
