First Pokeno carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. Billy Walker specially selected this limited release, matured in Speyside, and bottled at 58.1%, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors from PX and Oloroso casks, Virgin Oak barrels, and Rioja wine barriques, it is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring.
