Tequila Villa Lobos is the result of a friendship and closecollaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families.The agave used for Villa Lobos is harvested by agaverosfrom the Camarena Family plantations in Los Altos, thecelebrated Arandas highlands, thus ensuring only thesweetest & most mature are used. Merlet C² Citron & Cognac calls on Merlet’s expertise as both distillers and liqueur-makers, and plays on the natural affinities between cognac and citruses – in this case, lemon and lime.

Chopin Rye Organic is crafted from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from just one local farm near our distillery. It is hand-crafted in small batches, following traditional distilling techniques and strict requirements for ecological processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
