Our clean, flavoursome gin contains carefully selected aromatic and diverse botanicals; angelica bark, almonds, coriander seed, cassia, juniper berries, lemon peel, liquorice root, saffron, orris root and orange peel.
Tasting notes
Nose - A soft and well balanced nose of citrus orange, coriander, lemon peel and saffron.
Palate - Smooth and sweet with spiced orange peel, coriander, pink peppercorns and lemon zest wrapped in a blanket of saffron.
