Sèrum Puente Centenario was distilled first time in 2004 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of this important event. The sugar cane is chopped and crushed for the cane juice. Sèrum Puente Centenario is distilled from freshly concetrated cane juice to produce a fine aroma of sugar cane and fruits.
Tasting notes
A rich aroma beautifully rounded with an exceptional spread of flavours. The palate is round and full-bodied with a robust flavour of fruits. The finish is delightful, rich and dry.

The west of the country, which is home to the forests of the Gran Chaco, was inhabited by nomadic populations and in particular by the Guaycuru people. To the east, the region has long been home to the Guaraní natives. We pay homage to them in the design of the bottle of Gran Chaco Paraguay, drawing inspiration from their motifs.
Don Papa Etui
Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
El Dorado Single Still 2009 Enmore 40%
The El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum is produced from the original EHP Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, first constructed at the Enmore Estate in 1880. This Still was named after the original owner of the Enmore Sugar Plantation, Edward Henry Porter and was based on the original design of its inventor, Irishman Aeneas Coffey. With the closure of the estate in 1990, this Still was moved to the Diamond Estate. It is the last surviving Wooden Continuous Still operating in the world today. The El Dorado Single Still Enmore Rum was laid down in oak barrels for 12 years.

The Tomatin 12 Year Old is smooth and silky, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks.
A rich, fruity aroma is the prelude to sweet flavours of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nut before the long, pleasantly oily finish.
