Merlet Coperies Whisky
Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.
Cotswolds Dry Gin
The expression of the traditional London dry style comes from the maceration into our pure wheat spirit of juniper, coriander and angelica root, which have been left for 12 hours to allow their flavour characteristics to fully infuse.
Glendalough 7 Y Mizunara 46°
A relentless search for the most flavorful oak in the world took us from our own wooded mountains in Wicklow to those in the volcanic north of Japan, Hokkaido. This is where we found Mizunara, the most sought-after oak in the whiskey world.
Abelha Organic Cachaca Silver
Abelha Organic Cachaça is made with care – for the craft, for the cane, and for the community. Abelha Silver is a full-flavored artisanal cachaça, with an intense, fruity, aromatic nose; fresh sugar cane and stone fruits on the palate; and a smooth dry finish. To create the distinctive character of Abelha Silver, we rest the cachaça for 6 months in open steel tanks, allowing the by-products to evaporate and oxidize, which gives the cachaça its signature bouquet. No sugar is added, and there are no impurities or toxins in the cachaça, resulting in fresh aromas when you open a bottle and pure flavors when you take a sip.
Koval Rye Whiskey
Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its grain-forward spiciness balances out the sweetness of other ingredients.
Caorunn Gin
It has a slightly spicy, full-bodied and invigorating flavour, with a clean and crisp finish.
Mezcal Koch Maguey Tepeztate - 46.85 %
Maguey tepeztate (or tepextate) is an Agave marmorata. It produces beautiful quiotes at the end of it’s life that flower a rich yellow before turning to seed. Tepeztate takes as many as 25 years to mature in the wild, and sustainability efforts are needed in order to keep mezcal production of this agave in the future. Despite all odds it seems to flourish best on the sides of steep rocky cliffs. In certain areas of Puebla there is a smaller sub-varietal of the Agave marmorata that grows with lateral white stripes across the pencas. These agave can go by the name pichomel, pichorra, or pizorra depending on location.
