Amazonian Gin

A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

This fresh, rose-petal gin was first made to honour Glendalough's Head Distiller Ciaran “Rowdy” Rooney's mother Rose, at his little brother's wedding.
Carefully-tended flowers from her rose garden are vapor distilled with wild roses and plants from the mountains around the distillery to make this an intensely floral gin.
After distilling, the gin is then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours and give it its lovely pink hue.

The Sherrywood Penderyn in this bottle has been aged in old bourbon casks and old Oloroso sherry casks to bring out the full richness of its fruity flavor.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. Double distilled in traditional pot stills. Matured for 16 months in ex Bourbon oak casks to produce a smooth, clean and vibrant flavor with a hint of smoke.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
