Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Tasting notes
Nose
Particularly fruity, the mandarin dominates then leaves room for notes of apricots, banana and red fruits. Vanilla, on the other hand, is discreet but intense.
Palate
Delicate and fruity, the mouth reveals notes of fruit cake and leaves room for a profusion of flavors of citrus.
Finish
Long with fruity and spicy notes.

GlenAllachie 11Y Premier Cru CLassé - Wine Cask Finish
Specially selected by Billy Walker, limited edition: 1,800 cases, matured in Bourbon casks and finished in Premier Cru Classé barrels, aged in Speyside, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring. Factors such as the oak essence, the toasting level, and the cooperage of the cask each leave a unique mark on the spirit at rest. The oak itself was previously influenced by the grape variety and the terroir of the wine estate from which these barrels originate; thus, the wood adds distinct layers of complexity, depth, and charm. These French oak barrels were sourced from one of the five Premier Cru Classé châteaux located in the Bordeaux wine region of France, which is globally renowned.
ABK6 VSOP + ETUI
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.

Bladnoch Vinaya
Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.
