One of our flagship products for the end of year celebrations, "Boule de Neige" (Snowball) combines greediness, originality and incomparable visual effect. One of our favorites that will delight your guests! This recipe is made with ripe fruits, carefully selected spices and AOC Martinique agricultural rum, for a tasting experience rich in flavors.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

The newest release from Glendalough Distillery, our Single Grain Double Barrel Cask Strength Irish Whiskey. This liquid begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak casks. It is finished in premium first fill Oloroso casks from Montilla, a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. We choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land. It is encapsulated in the liquid when we put our Irish whiskey in these slow toasted Spanish casks for aging.

um Cañero Finished Cognac Cask is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Cognac Oak barrels, which provides to CAÑERO a unique personality among worldwide rums. Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.
