TASTING NOTES :
EYE : A magnificent golden robe adorned with orange and garnet reflections. At the base of the glass, the reddish-golden hues gracefully evolve into a halo with green reflections, a signature of old wines aged in barrels.
NOSE : Admirably elegant aromas. The initial nose is warm and charming, revealing notes of vanilla and dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut, testifying to its long aging. Swirling the glass brings out spicy scents of cinnamon and cocoa, enriching the aromatic bouquet.
PALATE : On the palate, this Port is silky and long. The first impression is of dried fruits, with a predominance of almond and hazelnut. This sensation is followed by a surprising freshness, brought by delicate and subtle flavors, culminating in a liqueur-like touch, prolonging the pleasure of the tasting.
FINISH : The finish is marked by a remarkable aromatic persistence, leaving notes of vanilla and spices in the mouth, with a delicate sweetness and harmonious complexity.

YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.
Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
ABK6 Honey Cognac is elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle, and rose petals. This is followed by warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These aromas blend with woody vanilla and caramel.
Hailing from the far North East of Scotland, off the Caithness coast, Stroma Malt Whisky Liqueur takes its name from the windswept Caithness Isle. Stroma originates from the Norse meaning ‘island in the stream’ which also refers to the dangerous currents on the island’s shores, including the infamous ‘Swilkie’ whirlpool. Stroma’s lighthouse warns ships of these nearby powerful currents.
