Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

This whisky, entirely aged in bourbon casks, reflects a perfect balance between smoothness and liveliness. Bladnoch 13YO is made from pure water from the Bladnoch River, barley grown in the United Kingdom, and aged in high-quality casks (95% first-fill). Non-chill filtered and with no added coloring, it preserves the authenticity of its flavors. Located in the Galloway region since 1817, the Bladnoch distillery is renowned for its quality-focused approach, expertise in cask management, and respect for traditions.

Produced in the heart of the famous Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky, Sazerac Rye is a vibrant tribute to the history of American whiskey and the legendary Sazerac cocktail. Rooted in the rich tradition of 1800s New Orleans, this straight rye whiskey embodies both the elegance of heritage and the power of timeless craftsmanship. Aged for 6 years, Sazerac Rye has become a staple in cocktail bars, celebrated for its aromatic complexity and its ability to elevate both modern creations and timeless classics.

Sortilège Crème d'érable combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup and a hint of cream for a pleasant touch of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavours.

The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions. Following an initial long aging in American and Spanish oak casks, it underwent additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez Puncheon casks, new virgin American oak barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry puncheons, imparting unparalleled complexity and depth to this blend.

Made with pure, fresh sugar cane juice from the adjacent sugar refinery, this is a rum that showcases the traditions of Reunion Island, blending powerful flavours.The development of the 52% abv favours a strong concentration of aromas, and emphasises the rum’s rich rounded character.
