Tasting notes
Nose
Lovely rich Oloroso cherry aromas, raisins, a whiff of walnuts and toffee pudding with a hint of chocolate.
Palate
Rich, sweet and smooth sherry flavours with some dark chocolate, coffee and dried black fruit and a hint of liquorice and pepper.
Finish
Quite rich, nutty, warming, soft and long.
