anCnoc Single Cask 638 hs been slowly maturing in the shadow of the mysterious Black Hill at Knockdhu Distillery, one of the smallest and most enchanting distileries in the Scottish Highlands. Distilled in 2007, this cask was hand-picked by Distillery Manager, Gordon Bruce. Bottled in 2022 at a strength of 50.5%.

• Colour
Soft gold.

• Nose
Delicately spiced fruit cake, vanilla custard and an earthy wood richness balanced with vibrant pineapple.

• Palate
Deliciously crisp green apples with creamy dark choclate, tangy citrus fruit peel and seasoned oak.

• Finish
Medium finish with a lingering
