Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

Our Tullibardine 15 year old, was distilled after the reopening of the distillery in 2003.
It has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks.

This delicious Single Malt has matured for 10 years in hand-selected American oak casks, giving it a smooth, long and mellow finish.

Aromas of mulled wine and dark chocolate lead, while on the palate there are notes of spiced mead with cranberry and an underlying fresh citrus in the form of grapefruit. Light tannin and sugared almonds linger on the finish.

Bladnoch 13YO is made from pure water from the Bladnoch River, barley grown in the United Kingdom, and aged in high-quality casks (95% first-fill). Non-chill filtered and with no added coloring, it preserves the authenticity of its flavors. Located in the Galloway region since 1817, the Bladnoch distillery is renowned for its quality-focused approach, expertise in cask management, and respect for traditions.
