AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. The end result is a lighter-tasting single malt that makes no compromises on quality. anCnoc 12 Year Old is recognised the world over. Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit. The oak itself was previously influenced by the grape variety and terroir of the winery from which we sourced these barriques; thus, the wood adds distinctive layers of complexity, depth and charm.

Diciotto Lune Extra Old Grappa emblematic of the culture, care and art of distillation. Obtained from water-bath distillation in a discontinuous still of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Muscat and Chardonnay, it is aged in small casks of cherry, ash, oak and locust, each conferring its own characteristics in terms of fragrance, aroma, color and flavor. The ageing process follows the rhythms of nature: moon by moon, 18 months go by.

Canteiro aged Madeira casks from off the coast of Africa which held Madeira fortified wine, soak up and impart intense aromas and flavours created by the heat and tropical climate of their home-place.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The GlenAllachie Wine Cask Finish series is a tribute to the art of aging and the expertise of master blender Billy Walker. For this 2023 edition, the whisky, first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, underwent a second aging in meticulously selected European wine barrels. This special edition, named "The Cuvée Wine Cask Finish," is an elegant and complex blend of four finishes from prestigious wine regions: the French AOCs of Languedoc and Médoc, as well as the Italian Grattamacco and Recioto della Valpolicella barrels. This rare single malt offers a unique aromatic richness, combining red fruits, delicate spices, and bursts of citrus for a sensory experience full of character.
