It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. Aged for a sophisticated 42 to 47 months, this meticulously handcrafted Belgian whisky captures the essence of the Hesbaye region. Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898, it matures in 1st fill Bourbon casks made of American white oak (Quercus alba). Committed to sustainable and fair trade farming, this unpeated expression boasts a natural hue, free from artificial coloring. With an unwavering dedication to authenticity, the whisky undergoes no chill filtering and is expertly bottled at the distillery, ensuring a genuine reflection of its craftsmanship and origin.
