TASTING NOTES
NOSE: A bright and delicate nose, where the freshness of lemon blends with floral notes of chamomile and a pastry-like sweetness reminiscent of buttery shortbread.
PALATE: The attack is soft and creamy. The palate then develops with herbal aromas carried by chamomile, before rounding out with indulgent notes of butter biscuit. The balance between freshness, creaminess and roundness is perfectly mastered.
FINISH: Long and elegant, with a slightly lemony and biscuity persistence, supported by a silky texture.
