Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.
Tasting notes
Nose
Rich and warming. Brimming with mellow wood smoke, honey and oily leather at first, to later bloom with crisp green apple top notes.
Palate
Freshly-ground spices and soft vanilla balance the central notes of wood smoke and peat fire.
Finish
There are both richly sweet and distinctly coastal chords in the background, together reminiscent of salted caramel.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses.
Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s.
The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Made from a careful selection of Caribbean rums, Gun's Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux using traditional artisanal methods. Gun's Bell is aged in oak barrels for 4 to 6 months (Depending on the weather) to develop woody, vanilla, dry nut, toasted almond and smoky notes. Gun's Bell reveals powerful, gourmet aromas, releasing a flood of incomparable flavors, with fruity, smoky notes.
Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.
A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.
