The Red Dragon is the national flag of Wales and the Royal Welsh badge bears the moto ‘Y ddraig goch ddyry cychwyn’, which translates as ‘The red dragon inspires action’. It features in ancient Welsh tales and was the battle standard of legendary Welsh princes. Welshman Henry Tudor took the flag to Bosworth, where, in 1485, he became the last king of England to be crowned on the battlefield.

The South West of France is a region that has strongly inspired us in our youth with a diverse cultural richness and authentic terroir. When we talk about the South West, it is hard not to mention the beauty of Belharra. Belharra is a mystical, rare and exceptional wave off the Basque Country. Each of its appearances is a real phenomenon and the greatest adventurers come to face it. This wave is the symbol of our creation. It represents the alliance between the different infusions and distillations of raspberries, orange, rosemary, thyme, lemongrass, walnut and quassia.
Sixty Six 12 Year Old is a rum from Barbados, produced at the famous Foursquare distillery, owned by R.L.Seale & Co. Built in 1996 on the remains of an old sugar mill dating back to 1636, this distillery owes its formidable propulsion to Richard Seale - its current owner. This distillery produces independently fermented molasses rums, distilled, aged, blended and bottled on site. No addition of coloring or texture compromises the authenticity of this production: a quality of elaboration recognized for nearly 100 years!
Compagnie des Indes Latino comes from a blend of rums essentially of "Spanish" type (60% comes from Guatemala) but not only, since a part of the rum which composes it comes from Guyana (English influence). The Spanish type brings the greediness while the English influence brings a touch of freshness. 5 years of aging in new barrels (bourbon) have allowed this rum to acquire its roundness and a rich palette of aromas. The rum was bottled without cold filtration.
