We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. NOSE Elegant bright lemon peel layered with creamy vanilla and crisp green apples
PALATE Ground spices and dried orange slices enveloped in intense set honey sweetness
FINISH Creamy and leathery with notes of sweet vanilla

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
Kurayoshi Pure Malt Sherry
Aged in sherry casks for over 3 years. The nose expresses notes of ripe fruits and chocolate. The palate mirrors the nose with additional notes of citrus and lemongrass. Sweetness and acidity are elegantly balanced. The light finish evokes the pure spring water of Tottori used during distillation.
