OMAR Single Malt Whisky 46% ABV is the entry to the world of OMAR. Every batch of the whisky is well selected and blended to present the personality and classic flavor of Nantou Distillery.
The flavor of Single malt whisky (Sherry type) shows floral, a hint of sulfury at the first, following by ripen banana, biscuit, plum, jam, woody and dark chocolate falvors. It has heavy, full, and sweet tastes like the flavor of caramel on the toast. Dired fruit, citrus cake flavor can be found in the after taste. It give the typical sherry cask whisky flavor performance. A hint of sulfury flavor change to smoky flavor rich the body and complexity of this whisky.

Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
The origins of Esprit de Figues brings a vision inspired by creator Patrick Borg's Mediterranean family’s heritage to a 150-year-old distillery located in Burgundy, France for an utterly unique tipple made with fresh Violette de Bordeaux Figs.
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.
In this range, the hand and experience of the winegrower are essential in order to pay special attention to these organically grown vines, which will ultimately produce an Armagnac of rare purity and exhilarating richness. The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
Made from a careful selection of Caribbean rums, Gun's Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux using traditional artisanal methods. Gun's Bell is aged in oak barrels for 4 to 6 months (Depending on the weather) to develop woody, vanilla, dry nut, toasted almond and smoky notes. Gun's Bell reveals powerful, gourmet aromas, releasing a flood of incomparable flavors, with fruity, smoky notes.
