TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: A gourmet introduction, marked by aromas of almond, red grape, and a hint of caramel.
PALATE: A soft and oily texture that coats the palate. Flavors of malted barley blend with warm spices such as clove, ginger, and cinnamon. The complexity unfolds throughout the tasting, with notes of milk chocolate and dried fruits.
FINISH: Long and elegant, with a lingering spicy touch, notes of fresh oak, and a harmonious return of dried fruits.

The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
