A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

The ageing of Phraya Elements follows the tradition of maturing the distillate in American oak exbourbon casks, which are stored and left to breathe near sleeping lagoons. A blend of aged rums, this premium rum offers unprecedented taste sensations that reflect the spirit of the "Craft of Refinement".

Aged for 30 months in 35 year old French and English white oak scotch barrels, as well as American bourbon barrels. The result is a remarkably smooth and rich complexity that is to be savored like a fine cognac.

Specially selected by Billy Walker, Limited Release (2,000 cases), Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels withsecondary maturation in Douro Valleybarriques, Matured in Speyside, Non-chill filtered and no added colouring.Located in the heart of Portugal, the Douro Valley is one of the world’s oldest protected wine regions, established in 1756. With the country’s highest wine classification as a Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines.Factors such as the oak species, level of toasting, and coopering of the cask each leave a unique mark on the slumbering spirit.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses.
Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s.
The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
