Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey is a 93-proof whiskey distilled, aaged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest. Each batch is hand-selected by our founders and currated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and our Master Distiller, Victoria Eady Butler, who was named Master Blender of the Year by Whiskey Magazine, The Spirits Business and Vinepair in 2021.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. Our 1792 expressions include our Small Batch Bourbon which is created with precision and artistry, and our Limited Edition Expressions which are rare and special whiskeys that are truly distinct and extraordinary.
HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.
Inspired by the spectacularly rugged coastline on which our distillery sits on the Isle of Skye, we tame heavily peated grains to produce an elegantly rugged dram that balances strength with refinement to accentuate the floral, fragrant character of our whisky. Cnoc Na Mòine is aged in Bourbon, American Oak Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez Casks. The sherry casks in this new release lend a sweeter, richer flavour and a darker colour The name Cnoc Na Mòine translates as ‘hill of peat’ and is geographically located in Knoydart, which can be seen across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery.
