Belgian Owl 10Y is a single malt that embodies Belgian artisanal expertise in all its splendor. Crafted in the Hesbaye region from sustainably grown local barley, this whisky offers a unique sensory experience, characterized by its freshness, minerality, and fascinating aromatic complexity. Carefully aged for 10 years in first-fill Bourbon casks, this non-chill-filtered and colorant-free whisky reveals the pure authenticity of a unique terroir.

100% black cane, a variety exclusive to the Bologne distillery. This old variety, now forgotten by distillers because of its low yield, is favoured by Bologne for its exceptional aromatic potential. It expresses a "concentrate" of cane. Matured for 12 months in stainless steel vats.
