Using Rye that is locally and sustainably sourced in the Midwestern US, allow us to present a fresh and light whiskey that offers mellow and somewhat sweet notes of maple and candy corn, with a classically spicy finish. Works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Sazerac, or Scofflaw, where its grain-forward spiciness balances out the sweetness of other ingredients.

Nose
Slightly sweet but with a dry entry, caramelised molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, spices and flowers, buttery nuts (macadamia, hazelnuts, etc.) supported by a delicious blend of tobacco, leather, barrel charcoal and oak.
Palate
Spicy, paradoxically sweet and dry on the attack, with hints of citrus, dried fruit and flowers, nuts, persimmon, medium to full-bodied.
Fine
notes of oak, pepper and vanilla mingle with ginger, leather and tobacco. Finish Medium-long, with a dry, spicy finish.
