och Arroqueno is made with wild maguey Arroqueno (agave Americana). Typically, this agave can take up to 20 years to mature, before it is pit roasted in a traditional fashion. Given the length of time needed to grow this elegant agave, sustainability of Arroqueno has become a big issue. The Koch Arroqueno is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal has high fruity notes with hints of earth and herbs, clay and smoke.

Our unaged Koval White Rye is best enjoyed neat, but it also reveals its full character, whether on the rocks or in classic and contemporary cocktails. Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica sourced from two different distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot Still rums, so representative of the Jamaican style. It is bottled at 57%, a tribute to the Royal British Navy. Only spirits with a minimum level of 57% were allowed on board their ships.
