Tasting notes
Nose
Striking by a unique aromatic powerthat brings you litterally within a sugar cane field. Sumtuously refined and substancial with a bursting bouquet of exotic fruits confering this astonishing rhum a unique typicity.
Palate
Fresh, energetic and vibrant, with a vivid attack, subtle and intense at once, suave, extremely long lingering, boasting exotic notes with a delicate overtone of white pepper in echo. The palate is very well defined with and coating texture of patisserie counterweighted by a crisp line of acidity, citrus lemon and lime fanning out with confidence on the finish that completes a striking and typical white rhum.
