Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt

A marriage of carefully selected and blended sherry casks makes up this rich and fruity expression. Each yearly batch of Cotswolds's Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky is unique, drawn from their finest American and Spanish oak hogsheads & butts, some of which have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry and others with sweet Pedro Ximenez. All have been sherry-aged through their full maturation for a deeper and more flavourful whisky.

Cotswolds Single Malt

The first whisky ever made in the Cotswolds, the award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley. Belonging to Cotswolds Classics Collection, the Signature Single Malt favours the rich and bold, fruity notes which result from maturation in our highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. Blended with whisky matured in premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this single malt has notes of honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle.

Cotswolds Single Malt Reserve 50%

New permanent edition Cotswolds Reserve Single Malt is produced in small batches from Cotswolds grown barley of the Odyssey variety. This expression showcases the influence of ex first fill Bourbon casks which offer classic notes of vanilla, honey, caramel with a hint of coconut.

Cu Bocan Creation 5

Cu Bocan's fifth Creation has been finished in an incredibly rare cask type, Andean Oak. The mix of Andean Oak’s unique properties and Cu Bocan's subtle smoke has resulted in notes of lightly charred oak with deep hints of exotic floral herbs and campfire banana splits.
