McCallum Caol Ila 11 YO

Peated single malt from the island of Islay. Caol Ila is the Gaelic name for the Sound of Islay, the inlet separating the Isle of Islay from its neighbour, Jura, in one of the wildest parts of Scotland's west coast of Scotland. Its single malt is both balanced and subtle, iodised and peaty, with hints of olive oil, almonds and citrus fruit.

McCallum Linkwood 15 YO

A collection of rare casks selected for their exceptional character and finished for some in old wine casks from the Auld Alliance country and beyond. At the time, not only did Scotland export it’s whisky to France but it also imported wine casks for drinking, which were then used for storing the whisky.

Mermaid Gin

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. A refreshing and invigorating serve for free spirits.

Mermaid Gin Zest

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic, tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild coastal forages. Cascading grapefruit and hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, 'the dew of the sea', then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty, fresh spirit with a hint of sea air.

Opihr Arabian Limited Edition

The powerful bursts of Persian black lemons are heightened further by the zesty citrus flavours of Timut peppers, making the Arabian Edition a carefully crafted and perfectly balanced London Dry gin, elevated through the marriage of citrus and spice.

Opihr Europe Limited Edition

The European Edition blends fragrant myrrh and the distinct aromatic bitterness of cascarilla bark. Inspired by Venice’s 500+ year rich spice trade history and the Italian love affair with cascarilla bark used to create highly aromatic tonics, bitters and vermouths. This is a bold, savoury-led spiced London Dry gin with balanced bitter notes and mixes perfectly with sweet vermouth and Campari to create a spiced twist on a classic Negroni cocktail. While cascarilla bark is not native to Europe, it is present in any bitter liqueurs in the south of the continent and adds an aromatic and fragrant twist to OPIHR’s flavour profile.

Opihr Far East Limited Edition

As we look at the Far East and the beginning of the Spice Route, one of the key flavour profiles of the region is ‘heat and spice’. A naturally perfect fit for OPIHR gin, this pushes the boundaries of spiced gin even further and adds an authentic element found only in Asian cuisine. The Far East Edition is inspired by the use of unique, fragrant and mouth-numbing Szechuan peppers (the seed husks of Chinese ash trees), traditionally used in staple dishes, such as hot pots and the main ingredient in five spice. An unmistakeably bold, intense and richly spiced London Dry gin with flavours from the Far East – the smoky notes of Szechuan Pepper delivers a lingering warmth, that along with invigorating spices, creates an exceptional flavour combination.
