It’s another first, and another new label for this German distillery. Our Saillt Mòr has been matured in an ex-sherry cask, with a Bourbon cask finish - oddly the other way around to most sherry finished whiskies! We’ve bottled this at cask strength - 64.1% abv

That Boutique - Y English Whisky Co. Batch 4 - 9 Y

They use some of the best barley, grown in Norfolk, and superb Breckland water to make their whisky. This 9 Year Old release is a heavily peated new make, matured in an Oloroso Sherry barrel and we’ve bottled this at cask strength - 67% abv.

That Boutique - Y Inchmurrin Batch 6 - 22 Y

Our sixth batch under our Inchmurrin label is a 22 Year Old, bottled at 47.5% abv. Previous batches of our Inchmurrins have always been popular amongst those that know what a cracking single malt this can be.

That Boutique - Y Puni Batch 1 - 4 Y

Our first Italian Whisky, and another brand new label from the pen of Emily Chappell, PUNI is also the first Italian whisky distillery. Spirit first flowed from their Scottish copper pot stills in 2014. A 4 Year Old, bottled at 47.3% abv.

That Boutique - Y Rhubarb Triangle Gin 46% - 70 cl

Rhubarb is no longer just for puddings or boiled sweets. This herbaceous perennial is enjoying a resurgence in popularity not only in the culinary world, but also in the world of alcohol, where rhubarb is taking a prominent place.

That Boutique - Y Strathclyde 31 Y Batch 4

Toasting or indeed charring the insides of casks changes the chemical composition of the wood. Some of you may wish to understand all the reactions that take place and the susbtances released or created and how they lead to yummy flavours in your whisky. For those less interested in the scientific explanation, suffice to say that "fire made it good". Strathclyde grain whisky distillery is located in Glasgow, across the river from the People's Palace and Winter Gardens.
