Savanna Metis

In times gone by, all rum bound for Europe spent many months in oak kegs, so the only rums our forebears knew were mature rums. The result is a very refined but well-rounded, refreshing, floral rum, harking back to the liquors of yesteryear.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with touches of gold

Tropical fruit, with hints of vanilla. It gradually expresses more vegetal notes.

Smooth and creamy in the attack, it develops cocoa and spice aromas, before revealing notes of dried flower and peppermint.

Citrus and candied tropical fruit. It continues with fresh, rich notes of lemon and aniseed.

Tasting advice
In cocktails such as a piña colada, cuba libre, mojito, etc.
