Sampan Cellar Series Bourbon Cerise Cask

Crafted in Quang Nam, Vietnam, at the Distillerie d'Indochine, this exceptional rum undergoes double barrel maturation, culminating in a 36-month tropical aging process in ex-Bourbon casks, with a final 6-month finish in ex-Cherry Liquor Casks. Distilled in a column still and fermented for 96 hours in stainless steel tanks, it boasts an ABV of 45%. Only 370 bottles crafted.


Tasting notes

Nose
Sweet and Fruity with hints of caramel and red fruits.

Palate
Clean and pastry attack followed by soft spices. Exctremely long in mouth with a sweet finish.
