ABK6 XO Renaissance
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
Absinthe Verte NV - 40 %
La Fée An introduction to the range, La Fée NV stands out from its sisters by its relatively low alcohol content, 40%.
A true absinthe liqueur. It is very sweet and can be drunk neat, with water or on the rocks. Its colour is due to the addition of a colouring agent from which it takes its name, the Green Fairy.
Dupont Calvados Fine
The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

Dupont Calvados Pomme Captive
In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.
