Baie Des Trésors Karakoli 52%

TASTING NOTEColour: Golden with amber and slightly reddish highlights. Beautiful clarity and lustre. On the nose: powerful and complex, marked by a delicate woody note with a pastry-like nuance of caramelised vanilla and desiccated coconut (typical of American oak). Pronounced, fresh floral nuances. Slight notes of dried tobacco, followed by balsamic notes punctuated by coffee and chocolate accents. Base notes of spices (floral pepper, cinnamon), dried flowers and a hint of saffron. On the palate: The rum’s attack is supple, with a delicate, elegant tannic structure. The tannins are well blended and the texture is silky. Plenty of roundness and full bodied in the mouth, giving way to floral and balsamic aromas (honey, spices, roasting). Well-balanced, leading to an intense but fr...

Balblair 12 Y

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.
