Central America XO Rum is a blend of rums made from molasses and distilled using column stills and aged in bourbon barrels. It is a very limited quantity rum as only about 2,000 bottles are produced worldwide per batch. No coloring, flavoring or sugar has been added. The rum is filtered without chilling and bottled at 43% Abv.
