Antiquary 15 Y

John & William Hardie began their quest to create the perfect Blended Scotch Whisky in 1880, using only the finest and rarest Scottish malts. In 1888 they succeeded in creating what was considered to be superior to all other blends - The Antiquary - available only to a small circle of friends and family. This rare and limited release of just 6,000 bottles pays homage to The Antiquary's founders - it has been crafted from Scotland's most outstanding malt and grain whiskies, all of which have been matured for over fifteen years.

Baie Des Trésors Karakoli 52%

TASTING NOTEColour: Golden with amber and slightly reddish highlights. Beautiful clarity and lustre. On the nose: powerful and complex, marked by a delicate woody note with a pastry-like nuance of caramelised vanilla and desiccated coconut (typical of American oak). Pronounced, fresh floral nuances. Slight notes of dried tobacco, followed by balsamic notes punctuated by coffee and chocolate accents. Base notes of spices (floral pepper, cinnamon), dried flowers and a hint of saffron. On the palate: The rum’s attack is supple, with a delicate, elegant tannic structure. The tannins are well blended and the texture is silky. Plenty of roundness and full bodied in the mouth, giving way to floral and balsamic aromas (honey, spices, roasting). Well-balanced, leading to an intense but fr...

Baie Des Trésors Plein Soleil 54%

On the seashore of Martinique, on the Fond Basile plot, sugar canes thrive under a blazing sun. In this arid land, the canes absorb intense vegetal aromas, which Baie des Trésors enhances with its Plein Soleil cuvée.

This parcellaire white agricultural rum unveils wild and fresh tones, offering a true sensory experience.

Baie des Trésors Plein Soleil opens with surprising notes of rose, lychee, and citrus fruits.

Its round and smooth palate reveals flavors of ripe canes evolving into exotic fruits.

Its vegetal finish, meanwhile, takes on almost mentholated accents, for a complex and refreshing bouquet.

Balblair 12 Y

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

Balblair 15 Y
