This beautiful gin is an homage to the inimitable dancehall days of 20s Manila and its crown jewel, the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret, once the largest in the world. Set amidst the splendour of the Philippine Art Deco Movement, Santa Ana Cabaret was a musical playground for Manileños of the time. Santa Ana Cabaret was the “largest cabaret in the world with the best dance music in the Orient”. By the 20s, the Santa Ana Cabaret’s reputation grew, peaking in the late 20s/early 30s — which coincidentally was the height of Prohibition in the US. Playground to the rich and famous, Santa Ana guests danced to the music of Vic Hernandez & the Swing-sational, to a range of styles from the Charleston to the Tango and Waltzes, Blues and Jazz.
Made with 100% Filipino ingredients, Santa Ana Gin is a true organoleptic journey to the heart of Asia. Classic juniper berries, coriander, angelica and iris root mingle with ylang-ylang, alpinia and calamansi citrus for a bewitching aroma worthy of a tropical cabaret.

• Nose
Its nose opens with notes of tuberous flowers. With airing, citrus fruits and sweet spices evolve into aromas of lavender.
• Palate
The attack is frank on spices. The peppery notes evolve on more lemony flavors.
