Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898, it gracefully ages in 1st fill Bourbon casks crafted from American white oak (Quercus alba). Nose
Each cask is unique which gives a character of authenticity to each bottle of this amazing cask strength.
Mouth
Surprising thanks to the perfect balance of different aromas that the nose already brought to light and that develop fur- ther in the mouth: Spanish honey, vanilla and coconut ice cream, candied ginger, apples fried in butter and plum tart.
Finish
A long finish that returns from the avours in the mouth to the pleasant taste of the malt distillate, leaving a fruity and woody echo of the Hesbaye region as its legacy.

Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.
Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
