Distilled from the extraordinary and resilient Dasylirion plant (Sotol) born in the wild in the Chihuahua desert Nocheluna is a distinct Mexican spirit rooted in ancient traditions of this special land. The Nocheluna Sotol is inspired by ancient times and desert lands, when the ritual was deeply rooted in traditional local songs, where Sotol was a drink to celebrate, be enjoyed with good company under the moonlight.

Nose
Sophisticated balance between wild herbs, dried stone fruit, caramel and honey, deep minerality and oak firewood.
Taste
Initial sweet, fruity and herbal notes, smoky and caramel tones.
Finish
Moist earthy with subtle hints of nogal wood.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
Etsu Double Yuzu Japanese Gin 20cl
Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
