Botran Solera 18 Y + étui

Botran 1893 is a rum aged high in the mountains of Guatemala. It comes from a blend of rum between 5 and 18 years and benefited from an aging of type Solera. The American oak barrels used for the Solerie are old barrels of Sherry and port.

Canero Anejo Solera

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. By the time the rum is bottled. Summum Reserva Especial 12 is a blend of rums.

Canero Cognac Finish

Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac Cask is the result of a master formula in which participate alcohols aged for more than 10 years in the Caribbean, in Bourbon casks, combined with base rums with at least 7 years of ageing, and other spirits from our cellar. They are all aged together in French oak that hosted Cognac in the past. A harmonious and unusual mixture, it will captivate the most demanding palates.

Rum CAÑERO Finished Cognac has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.

Canero Malt Whisky Finish

The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled.

Canero Sauternes Finish

Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.

Canero Sherry Cream Cask Finish

Rum Cañero Sherry Cream Cask Finish is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Sherry barrels which provides to CAÑERO a unique sweetness and complexity.

Cihuatan Alux 15Y Ltd edition

Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum inspired by the Mayan Legend of the Aluxes, guardian gods of the land. According to Mayan lore, these gods lived in maize and cacao fields, as these were regarder as the most sacred gifts of the earth. At the beginning of every harvest season, the Maya would hold an enchanting feast full of rich treats of chocolate and corn in gratitude to the Aluxes. Now as our gift for these guardian gods, our Master Blender has crafted this rum with notes of Mayan atole, cashew nuts, ginger, cinnamon sticks, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.
