Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting this expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 years old.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Rich Mahogany.
NOSE Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with notes of fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon.
TASTE Lashings of fig syrup, mocha and treacle, followed by dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, fused with ginger on the finish.

Don Papa Baroko Eco Canister
Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.
Mezcal Koch Maguey Barril - 47.06 %
Any certified mezcal will state the scientific plant name using the term Agave, while the common name that is used in the community and by the producer is listed as Maguey. For example, Maguey espadin is an Agave angustifolia.

For connoisseurs of spirits this particular product range highlights Savanna’s innovation and creativity. These rums differ from conventional ones due to their high abv, which makes them surprising yet well-balanced when tasted. Above all, they also have different recipes, resulting from complex processes, giving an endless array of aromas! Pleasantly spirited, with fresh flavours putting a new spin on traditional molasses-based rums.

Cotswolds Single Malt
The first whisky ever made in the Cotswolds, the award-winning Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky is crafted using the finest locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswold barley. Belonging to Cotswolds Classics Collection, the Signature Single Malt favours the rich and bold, fruity notes which result from maturation in our highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques. Blended with whisky matured in premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this single malt has notes of honey, red fruits and a hint of treacle.
